Low Voltage Technician
The Low Voltage Alarm & Communications Technician is responsible for performing or assisting with installation, programming and checkout of systems and the service/troubleshooting of installed systems. Types of systems include fire alarm, security, access control, CCTV, etc. The Alarm & Communications Technician will install and/or supervise the installation of cable, equipment, components and devices associated with low voltage systems and may act as a leader for field installation staff on project sites.
At least two years or more experience in the installation and service of any of the above mentioned systems is required. Experience with Notifier fire alarm systems or IDenticard access control is considered a plus.
Applicants must have a clean driving record and must submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check. Some out of town travel is required. Out of town travel is compensated with paid daily per-diem.

Install Technician
The Cable and Device Installer is responsible for the installation of low voltage cables, cable pathways (bridle rings or j-hooks) and assist with the installation of associated field devices and components. Types of systems include fire alarm, security, access control, CCTV, etc.
Some industry experience (construction, wiring, electrical, maintenance, etc.) and a willingness to learn on the job is required.
