We believe in training and supporting our employees so they can excel in their careers. These are students in our in-house NCCER Electrical Craft Training Class Year 2 with our Workforce Development Specialist. In their Year 1 class, they learned to bend conduit with a hand bender, and now they’re learning to bend larger conduit with a hydraulic bender. This training was simulated as if the students were on a job site and included realistic scenarios and problem-solving. Thanks to our trainer and teacher, the students were able to complete all of their performance tasks. #learning #career #electrical #training

Working at M&L can sometimes take you to some pretty cool places. One of our Project Coordinators had the opportunity to work in Iga, Japan for a few days. While his days were filled with hard work, he was able to see some breathtaking and refreshing sights. He even got to ride on a shinkasen train! #hardwork #travel #adventure #wiredforsuccess
