Technical Hiring – M&L Technical Systems is hiring! We are looking for dedicated team players to apply for the following positions.
Low Voltage Technician: The Low Voltage Technician is responsible for performing or assisting with the installation, programming, and checkout of systems and the service/troubleshooting of installed systems such as fire alarm, security, access control, CCTV, etc. At least two or more years of experience in the installation and service of any of these systems is required.
Install Technician: The Install Technician is responsible for the installation of low voltage cables and cable pathways, and they must assist with the installation of associated field devices and components. Some industry experience (construction, wiring, electrical, maintenance, etc.) and a willingness to learn on the job is required.
Both positions require a clean driving record, and all potential employees must submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check. Some out-of-town travel is required and will be compensated with paid daily per-diem. M&L Technical Systems was the proud sponsor of the WKU vs. MTSU men’s basketball game on 2/16/17. We handed out giveaway items before the game and t-shirts during the game. Two lucky fans were able to compete in a half-time shootout for a cash prize. We are very thankful to have the opportunity to be involved with our community.

We held our M&L Field Leader Meeting on Tuesday, January 10th at WKU’s Harbaugh Club. This meeting covered leadership and teamwork so that 2017 can be our best year yet. Our field leaders were presented with the opportunity to hear from Mike Sanford Jr., WKU’s head football coach. We want to be the best version of ourselves, and we’re making sure to implement this goal from the start of the year with this meeting.

M&L is thankful for the opportunity to take donations through Toys for Tots. We were able to gather a truckload of toys for kids in need. Thank you to everyone who donated. We are looking forward to next year’s event!

Friday, December 16th, we hosted our M&L Christmas party at Highland Stables for our hard-working employees. It was a fun night filled with good music, good food, and giveaways. We appreciate all of our employees and their amount of hard work.

Our team weekly huddle is a motivational meeting where we review the week’s successes, what we need to work on as a team, and future events. We share ideas and high points to further improve and grow together as a true work family.

We held our annual Hill’s Breakfast for our team and our partners at Hill’s Pet Nutrition. This was a great time to laugh and show our thanks for our continuing partnership with Hill’s, not to mention enjoy a delicious breakfast at 5th Street Diner!

We were excited to get the chance to talk to students at the SCK LAUNCH Experience event on November 9th and 10th at the NCM Motorsports Park. The event featured different sectors such as construction, healthcare, manufacturing, and public services. The event was to help students get a glimpse into different employment opportunities. We encourage you and your teens to explore similar career fairs in your area. Exposing your teens to these opportunities can help them make their career decision easier!
